Our SINERGIJA wine is a combination of our maturity, character of the variety, courage and the country from which we come.
Varietal composition: 100% Chardonnay | Wine style: Dry wine, aged for 6 months in Serbian oak | Alc.: 14% vol
WINE CHARACTERISTICS:
The wine has an intense, golden color and crystal clarity. It moves slowly in the glass showing varietal caracter and fullness. The smell is intense and complex. It is opened by decanting and aerating in the glass. Primarily fruity aromas, for a ripe golden delicacy sprinkled with fresh vanilla. They are accompanied by aromas of fresh brioche and butter, giving the impression of a creamy texture to the wine. In the background, a hint of minerality and earth gives the inevitable stamp of the climate. The exceptional maturity and persistence of the wine persistently follows every sip and lasts for a long time in the glass. The taste is a good combination of character of the variety and Serbian oak, softened by a buttery texture. The wine is strong and full with exceptional juiciness in the finish, all wrapped up with delicate vanilla and spices.

GASTRO RECOMMENDATION:
Dalmatian prosciutto, white meats, perch, fried squid, roasted pork, pork fillet, mildly smoked cheeses, mildly smoked fish and meat.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS:
The wine is straw yellow with a greenish tone. The scent is fresh, very lively, elegant, lively and harmonious. It will captivate you with the scent of elderflower, green apples, lime and a gentle touch of a freshly baked croissant.

GASTRO RECOMMENDATION:
Goes well with light snacks, young cream cheeses, salmon or octopus carpaccio, seafood, chicken and pasta in a creamy sauce, refreshing salads. Desserts – creamy with citrus, creampies.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS:
The wine is straw yellow with a greenish tone. The aroma is fresh, very lively, sparkling.
The smell gives a bouquet of dried flowers and the peel of a yellow apple, with discreet hints of the smell of a warm croissant.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
5-7 °C
GASTRO RECOMMENDATION:
An excellent choice for an aperitif, as well as for various fish-based dishes, medium-weight white meat. Sushi and fresh seafood are also great companions.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS:
Strong red, subtle aromas, but full and juicy body with notes of dark fruit (blackberry, currant), sweet spices and smoke.

14-16 °C
GASTRO RECOMMENDATION:
Gastro recommendation: Wine that requires food. It pairs well with stronger red meats, aged cheeses and desserts based on dark chocolate.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS:
A dark red wine that stays on the sides of the glass.
The structure is very strong, harmonious, with notes of dried fruit (cherries, cranberries, plums), tobacco and smoke.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
14-16 °C
GASTRO RECOMMENDATION:
The perfect partner with stronger meats, game, aged cheeses, desserts based on dark chocolate and berries.
