WINE CHARACTERISTICS:

Wine pronounced, very likable pink salmon. The scent is juicy and floral, with a hint of the smell of a bouquet of fresh roses. It tastes smooth, full and juicy. Excellent balance of acids and sweets. Medium full body and delicious floral finishes.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS:

The wine is lighter straw-yellow in color with a green shine. The aroma is varietal, sliced tomatoes with vegetative tones and pronounced freshness, typical for a Sauvignon. The taste is full, with slightly accentuated acids, rounded with a juicy finish and a hint of fresh coffee aromas.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS:

The wine is a distinct ruby red color. The scent is a mixture of dark fresh berries and prunes with a discreet hint of earthy aromas. Medium full body with still young, yet velvety tannins. The taste is characterized by ripe cherries and harmonious acids.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

14-16 °C

GASTRO RECOMMENDATION:

It goes very well with red meat. Especially with national specialties such as lamb and veal, medallions with a topping of mushrooms and mature cheeses. It also goes well with desserts based on dark chocolate such as chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream.
