WINE CHARACTERISTICS:

Temperament is a varietal wine made from merlot from Central Serbia. In 2015, the vineyard in its full strength with low yields per vine yielded grapes of extraordinary quality, which we transformed into a temperamental and long-lasting wine of intense, ripe ruby red color typical of top-quality merlot.
The scent is layered, and although it opens very slowly at first, it shows true strength, luxury, and elegance. The combination of ripe dark fruit, plum jam, cherries, delicate spices and forest fruits are the introduction to a perfectly balanced wine structure. On the pallet it is a full, juicy, concrete and very temperamental wine with concrete tannins and excellent acidity. Smooth and silky, the wine lasts a long time, and ends with a fruity finish.
It is a wine in its ascending phase, but it can be enjoyed now. Make sure to allow it to decant or a drink it from a wider glass and it will show you all its splendor.

GASTRO RECOMMENDATION:

Faithful companion of red meats, venison, aged cheeses and desserts based on dark chocolate.

AGING POTENTIAL:

5-10 years.

Unique chardonnay wine with 23 c gold. A chardonnay that was raised in a Serbian barrique barrel, and crowned with gold. A sumptuous, full, complex wine that takes time, decanting and someone to share it with. Attractive not only for itself, but also a great companion for food. Tones of tropical fruit, vanilla with a hint of light caramel will awaken all your senses and imagination.

Ideal companion for white and lighter red meats, veal, pasta with steak and hot sauce.

AGING POTENTIAL:

up to 5 years.

Silky on the tongue, drinkable on the first sip, dominant on emotions, Muscat Hamburg brandy has a perfectly blended taste that you will adore.

Very specific, this brandy is intended for hedonists and excellent connoisseurs of good taste of strong alcoholic drinks.
